






About Nicole Fisher:
With over 20 years of experience at the intersection of nonprofit leadership, arts education, and design, Nicole is a dynamic creative professional committed to cultivating community and empowering others through artistic expression.
Nicole studied at the Chadwick Boseman College of Fine Arts at Howard University and The Fashion Institute of Technology, grounding her practice in both creative excellence and technical expertise. Her educational foundation fuels a multidisciplinary approach to all of her work, from fashion design to community programming.
As a seasoned designer and project manager, Nicole has brought her vision to life across a range of platforms. She is the founder of the womenswear brand NIC*FISH, sold in contemporary apparel boutiques internationally, and seen on entertainers, including Esthero, Res, AAries, Kindred the Family Soul, Thee Satisfaction, Kissey Asplund, Suzie Analogue, Zhane, and Angie Stone. She’s managed technical design for major brands like QVC, HSN, Urban Outfitters, and Free People, and has led community-based design initiatives that center cultural storytelling and identity. Her creative work consistently bridges the worlds of fashion, art, and purpose.
In the nonprofit and education space, Nicole has led high-impact programs that foster youth development and educational equity. She has successfully spearheaded fundraising campaigns, cultivated strategic partnerships, and curated creative learning spaces. Her contributions include keynote talks on educational justice, acclaimed curriculum development at Moore College of Art & Design and Greene Street Friends School, and middle school design at The U School. She has also led arts-based youth programs through organizations like Philadelphia Mural Arts and the ASpire No Limits Mural Project.
Looking ahead, Nicole is focused on expanding collaborations with emerging creatives and mission-driven organizations. She is currently developing interactive programs that blend design, education, and social impact, from workshops and community installations to new curriculum models that inspire and empower. Her work is guided by a simple but powerful belief: creativity is a force for connection, transformation, and liberation.
